Fees for Canberra Dietitian and Nutritionist consultations

Initial consultation (1 hour) $120

(One on one consultation on nutrition assessment, formulating achievable goals and provision of diet plan)

Follow up/ review (30 min) $80

(Progress of goals, review of the initial assessment and formulating an action plan)

Medicare Rebate: $52.95 (gap will be charged for every consultation)

 

Other Dietitian and Nutritionist services:

3 day Food diary analysis $150

(Submit a 3 day food diary, we will analyse and provide you with summary with recommendations/ diet plan)

 

1 day Food diary analysis $70

(Submit a 1 day food diary, we will analyse and provide you with summary with recommendations/ diet plan)

 

Menu reviews for facilities $80 per hour

(For aged care facilities, work places, schools)

Private Health Fund Rebates
Private Health Fund rebates are available and can vary depending on the health fund you are with. To determine your rebate amount please check with your private health fund.
 
Enhanced Primary Care Plan (Medicare) Rebates
Patients referred by their Doctor, who are on an Enhanced Primary Care Plan for a chronic illnesses (such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity and more) can claim Medicare rebate for their initial and review consults with the Dietitian.
 

Cancellation Policy
In order to be fair to all our clients and clinicians, we kindly ask that you be considerate in valuing our appointment by showing up on time.
Please make cancellations 24 hours before your appointment otherwise you may be charged a cancellation fee.
 
Terms:
– If you do not attend your confirmed appointment without notice you will be charged 100% of the consultation fee for the appointment.
– If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours before your confirmed appointment you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee for the appointment.
 
We understand that in some circumstances short notice may be unavoidable, and discretion will be exercised in such cases.
