Fees for Perth Dietitian and Nutritionist consultations

(One on one consultation on nutrition assessment, formulating achievable goals and provision of diet plan)

(Progress of goals, review of the initial assessment and formulating an action plan)
 
Medicate Rebate: $62.25 (gap will be charged for every consultation)
 
Home consultations are available at an additional cost (depending on the area of residence).

Perth based dietitian available for visits in inner Northern and Eastern suburbs only.

Perth Home visit initial: $120 for suburbs Mt Lawley, North Perth, East Perth, Menora, Leederville, Inglewood and Maylands
Perth Home Visit Initial: $150 for suburbs outside of this area
Perth Home Visit Review: $75 for above suburbs
Perth Home Visit Review outside of listed suburbs: $95
